Laem Nan beach

Surrounded by huge rounded boulders 700m shore is covered with fine light yellow sand. Laem Nan is characterized by a gentle descent into the water and a very long shoal (up to 500 m). The bottom is uneven, sandy and stony. A lot of coral debris, rocks covered with silt, and algae. It is better to enter the water in special shoes. The sea is calm, water is clean, but the small depth prevents swimming. At high tide, the water fills a large part of the beach area, and at low tide opens the bottom, covered with stones and sand. Despite this, the beach is also not suitable for children, because in the water a child can slip and hit the rocks.

On the shore there are several villas and a hotel, which stuff clean the territory. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, a beach restaurant, but there are not many tourists. Hotel guests prefer spending time in the pool, and regular tourists go to more comfortable for swimming places. Laem Nan is a great place for lovers of a quiet and relaxed holiday. From the shore you can enjoy amazing views of the sea, Islands, fishermen's boats.

When is it better to go

The period from November to March is considered the high season in Thailand. Comfortable air temperature, as well as minimal rainfall create optimal conditions for a beach holiday.
