Beach description
It's a one km long beach on the northern part of Samui. Wide coastline, calm sea, the abundance of growing trees draw an indescribable picture of Paradise and attract tourists and local islanders. Nearby the beach is an Island of Farn Noi, which will be interesting to explore not only for children, but adults. Tourists can get there by wading, especially at low tide.
Choeng Mon is covered with fine graying sand which is nice to walk on even in the afternoon, when everything heats up. The composition and quality of sand is the same throughout the territory. A good entrance to the water is located in the Central part of the beach, in other places it can be hampered by the accumulation of stones and fragments of coral. Choeng Mon is located on the territory of the bay which protects the beach from wind and strong waves. During low tides the sea becomes shallow and a good place for holiday with children. Besides, on the territory a lot of big trees grow which create natural shade.

The period from November to March is considered the high season in Thailand. Comfortable air temperature, as well as minimal rainfall create optimal conditions for a beach holiday.
