Las Vistas beach

The most democratic beach in Tenerife

In the summer season, there is nowhere for an apple to fall on an almost kilometer-long strip of Las Vistas beach. Maybe because the natural sand washed from the sea on this beach attracts you so nicely. Maybe because Los Cristianos, where Las Vistas is located, together with Los Americas in the neighborhood, are the most popular tourist areas. Behind the stone mole on the left there is a local port, from where yachts, pleasure boats and boats start. A flat entrance to the calm ocean water in this place attracts families with children.

Beach description

The feature of Las Vistas is a fountain, working from the sea wave, located right in the center of the beach. Not every beach can boast its own fountain. The entrance to the sea is even, the width of the beach strip is almost 150 meters, so everything that the beach industry has to offer can fit here. Inflatable water park, riding on bananas and scooters, paragliding over the beach. Water activities work only in the summer season. Thanks to the calm water in the coastal strip, hundreds of kids frolic who like to splash around in shallow water.

There are many restaurants and cafes in the Los Cristianos area, and a wide promenade provides evening activities for active vacationers. This area is called the most democratic. It is located between the fashionable Del Duke and the party-like Los Americas, smoothly flowing from one state to another. And wide flat sloping ramps and wooden walkways make it possible for people with disabilities to relax here. There are even free wheelchairs on which people with disabilities can swim. By the way, Las Vistas became the owner of the Blue Flag for the highest cleanliness of the water and the beach infrastructure.

When is it better to go

In Tenerife, you can relax all year round, but the most comfortable months for a beach holiday are July, August and September. In winter, the island is prone to precipitation and strong winds. The temperature of the ocean all year round is around +21 °C.
