Beach description
The length of the beach strip is about 400 meters, and the depth is not more than 50 meters. The beach is easily recognizable by straw umbrellas that refine its territory. Sand is cleaned daily with a special technique, so it is soft and clean. Wooden walkways are laid to the middle of the beach area. The entrance to the sea is sloping, the bottom is flat, there are no stones. There are almost no waves due to the stone breakwater protecting the beach. The water here is a little warmer than in neighboring Fanabe, where on a windy day there is a pretty decent wave. The beach is equiped with everything necessary: sunbeds and umbrellas - a pair of 10 €, outdoor shower, changing cabins, toilet. Water attractions available: catamarans, scooters and riding a banana. You can ride on a yacht, look close at dolphins or even whales. Nearby there are cafes and restaurants where you can eat, a cuisine is varied, mainly Mediterranean and European.
The beach is popular with young people and families with children. Nearby there is the Oasis water park, which is suitable for young children, and the Centro de Costas Torviscas shopping center, which has everything for good shopping.
