Kokkino Limanaki beach
Kokkino Limanaki is a sandy and pebble beach, surrounded by greenery. Kokkino Limanaki is characterized by a smooth set of depth, calm weather and medium waves. It is popular among surfers, campers, families and fishermen. Its main advantage is a calm atmosphere. There are no discos, noisy bars or nightclubs. The only music that sounds on the beach is the sound of waves.

The surface of the beach and the seabed are covered with fine-grained sand. When entering the water, pebbles with shells are found.
In the vicinity of Kokkino Limanaki there are mini markets, Greek taverns, hotels, entertainment venues and a transport rental center. At 2 km from the beach (in the port of Rafinu) there are night clubs and 24-hour bars.
Kokkino Limanaki is located 33 km east of Athens. It can be reached by bus, private car, rented boat or taxi.
When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing.
