Doc Let beach
Doc Let beach, which is also called Zok Let, is a small in width, but having a length of about 10 km, beach. He spread his gorgeous white sands 50 km from the popular Nha Trang. The picture is somewhat reminiscent of the Maldives or Bora Bora. The coast, on the one hand, is limited by blue waters, and on the other, by bright thickets of palm trees. From the hustle and bustle, the picturesque dunes with coniferous trees separate the left and right places.

The coast is conditionally divided into two parts. One of them is paid, where visitors rest, the second is occupied by local vacationers. For those, who studied the locality well, a road is available, along which it is possible to get to the free beach, and there already choose, where it is more convenient to settle down: stay on a free part among the Vietnamese or move to a more equipped and clean half.
From May to September there are practically no cloudy days here, very comfortable warm weather is setting in, the sea is warmed up to almost 30 degrees. "Winter" 23 can only frighten the heat-loving locals. Like on the entire Vietnamese coast, it is windy here, there are waves. But the coast is very sloping, it is all covered with dazzling white sand, the water is warmed up quickly. Thanks to this, Doc Let is a favorite place for families with small children. .

Since Vietnam is a country stretching from north to south, the climate in its different parts is slightly different. In the north, high humidity and temperature are observed from May to October, but in the remaining months it is slightly drier and cooler. In the South, the rainy season is longer, lasting from may to November, but even after it ends, the humidity does not subside. Therefore, it is better to go to popular resorts in the south of the country in winter or early spring.

Infrastructure
The village, next to which the beach is located, is not quite a tourist place. There are small shops and cafes where you cann meet locals, there are several pharmacies, and a market where you can buy clothes. At the entrance to the central hotels, there are seafood cafes serving complex lunches, also you can buy fruits. You can see signs written in Russian language.
Close to Doc Let are located more authentic cafes, where you can meet Vietnamese. Most of these establishments work only on weekends.
There are several hotels right on the beach. Some are located directly on the beach, a couple of inexpensive guesthouses are in 300 meters from the beach. In the northern part is located GM Doc Let Beach Resort & Spa, 4*, where during the day you will be provided with three meals. Comfortable rooms are located close to the beach. Silence, sea, night stars, wonderful atmosphere.
Seafood, fruits, especially seasonal ones, can be purchased here for a moderate fee. For foreigners, prices are sometimes overpriced. Tourists speak positively about local wine, alcohol is being sold cheaply, in a cafe the prices for alcohol are slightly higher. The cheapest products are available on local markets. For branded goods, it is better to go to Nha Trang, to big shopping centers, where the price tags are comparable to Russian ones. Vietnamese brands are cheaper, quality is good.
Infrastructure is not well developed. The most popular entertainments are jet skis, parasailing, trips to fishermen for a portion of fresh seafood. Those tourists who travel to Doc Let on a bike, they will be able to take colorful photographs of rice and salt fields, a panorama of Nha Trang.

- The easiest way to get to Doc Let is to come with a bus tour. From Nha Trang, you can catch the usual or motorcycle taxi. Independent and confident tourists use rented motorbikes. The most economical option is bus number 3, but its last flight from the Dock Years is quite early, at about 18.00, which is convenient only for those who plan to stay there overnight.
- The summer months are characterized by warm weather, calm sea. In winter, the wind wears sand, it rains.
What to visit:
- On the way to the beach, make a small detour and see the Baho Falls.
- See the ancient Chama (or Tyama) towers of Po Nagar. If you visit them in March, you will be able to get to the Buddhist festival.
