Glyfada
Glyfada is called the "king of the beaches" and the "Golden Coast" of Corfu. These epithets eloquently testify to the special beauty and popularity of the area among tourists choosing a beach holiday on this Greek island. The Greek toponym of the village, which passed to the beach, means "salty spring", which is associated with the once existed here wells with fresh water. Now it is a popular resort and one of the best beaches on the west coast of the island.
