Gennadi beach
Gennadi is a large pebble beach located near the resort of the same name and 64 kilometers from the capital of the region. It is known for its emptiness, windless weather and bright sun. The water here is calm, clear and deep.

Beach description
Bars, restaurants and beach infrastructure are located on a small stretch of beach. The rest of the territory is a "wild field". On it rest fans of campsites, nudists, large companies. Pay attention to: unpopulated locations are not suitable for vacation with children due to sharp depth changes, sharp stones and lack of rescuers.
There are several colorful tavernas, a small chapel, a holy spring next to the beach. Driver are offered free parking. On the territory of Gennady, trees are often found that protect tourists from the bright sun. There are 3 important advantages:

Please note: in hot weather, the pebble is so heated that it becomes uncomfortable to walk without closed slippers.

When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
