Haraki beach
Haraki Beach is located 38 kilometers from Rhodes and 20 kilometers from Lindos. It is located in a cozy bay, which provides it with an almost complete absence of waves and calm weather.

It has the following infrastructure facilities:

- underwater swimmer station;
- surfing school;
- washrooms;
- changing cubicle;
- toilettes.
Haraki is large and clean beach. One part of the beach is covered with pebbles, but there are also sandy areas. It is close to a number of fashionable hotels, cafes and restaurants. There is also a water entertainment base where sea tours, banana trips, parachute flights and other activities are offered. Near the beach there are the ruins of the eight century years old fortress of Feraclos. They are located on a high hill with excellent views of the village of Haraki and surrounding areas.
This place is popular with fans of quiet rest. It is possible to get here only by private car or taxi, thanks to which there are relatively few tourists. The business card of the beach are souvenir shops selling authentic products from Greece.
When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
