The coastline is covered with fine shingle, crushed gravel of different colours, because of this the coast checkers with various hues. The beach was nicknamed musical because of shingle. When the waves run ashore, the rocks begin to rustle, rattle, play melodically. It turns out a peculiar kind of music. The rocks on the coast and in the sea are not sharp, it is not possible to get hurt, so special shoes are not needed. Sometimes jellyfish are found, if swim very far. The main audience of the coastline is young couples and families with children. The sea is warm, the entry is sloping, and the depth increases gradually.
The season begins in July and lasts until October, the hottest weather falls on August and September. There are a lot of tourists. It is possible to get to the beach by car, there is spacious parking lot on the coastline. Public transport does not go.
When is it better to go
In terms of climate, the period from May to October is the most favorable for visiting Italy. The air and water temperature becomes ideal for a classic beach holiday, followed by a trip to the coast of Italy. However, it is necessary to remember that a long summer with the scorching sun, warm sea and pleasant sea breeze attracts crowds of tourists.
