Porto Guinco beach
Porto Junco - the crowded beach of the city of Villasimius on the island of Sardinia. Located at the foot of the tower of the same name on the Mediterranean coast, 58 km from Cagliari.

Beach description
The coastline separates the sea and the Notteri pond (Stagno Notteri) with pink flamingos and wild ducks. The coast is dotted with white sandy fine-grained sand, the entrance to the water is smooth, the depth is gaining gradually. Sea water is clean, turquoise. The resort is surrounded by tall eucalyptus trees and pine groves.
On the coast it is windy, which creates excellent conditions for surfing and windsurfing. Other popular activities at Porto Giunco:

- snorkeling.
Infrastructure is developed at a high level: there are hotels, car parking, there are facilities for people with disabilities, many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Umbrellas, deck chairs and pedalos are rented at the rental point.
When is it better to go
In terms of climate, the period from May to October is the most favorable for visiting Italy. The air and water temperature becomes ideal for a classic beach holiday, followed by a trip to the coast of Italy. However, it is necessary to remember that a long summer with the scorching sun, warm sea and pleasant sea breeze attracts crowds of tourists.
