The sand is white, the sea is azure, crystal pure, the water is clear. The beach is suitable for rest with a child - the wind, waves are absent, the sea is warm, shallow, the depth increases smoothly, far from the coast rocks occasionally come across. The length of the beach is 4 kilometers, the shape is curved, there are many dunes and shrubs of juniper. Algae, washed ashore, can be seen in some areas. From the side of San Teodoro there are always the most vacationers, after walking several kilometers deep into the beach, it is possible to find a lot of free space, where there will be a considerable distance to the nearest neighbors.
Most vacationers are here in July-August on weekends. The season lasts from July until September. La Cinta has a well-developed infrastructure: on the territory there are sunbeds, parasols, a kiosk, bars, rental of swimming equipment, parking lot for cars and a stop of city buses. Everything is on sale, from food to swimwear.
This is a popular beach with families with children. It is quiet, comfortable, beautiful and peaceful. Lovers of active rest come to La Cinta: in windy weather - kite surfing, in calm - diving, other sports. There are many other entertainments available - volleyball, tennis, football, discos. The southern part of the beach is more crowded, than the northern. Various birds live on the territory: herons, flamingos. Of the sights from the beach it is possible to see Tavolara - the white table mountain.
When is it better to go
In terms of climate, the period from May to October is the most favorable for visiting Italy. The air and water temperature becomes ideal for a classic beach holiday, followed by a trip to the coast of Italy. However, it is necessary to remember that a long summer with the scorching sun, warm sea and pleasant sea breeze attracts crowds of tourists.
