Arossim beach

Arossim is a very large beach in South Goa, where you can easily feel alone with the tropical nature. There are excellent conditions for a relaxing holiday by the ocean.

Beach description

Arossim beach can be called an ideal place for tourists seeking privacy opportunities, but without a complete separation from civilization. The beach is a very long stretch on the ocean coast. The sand here is light and very soft. The entry into the water is smooth, without stones.

Arossim, at first glance, gives the impression of a well-groomed, but rather deserted coast. Indeed, the beach is large and there are enough places on it, except for sand and the sea there is nothing, but they are adjacent to the more “inhabited” areas. On the beach there are several sheks, next to which you can sunbathe with complete comfort on the sunbeds and under umbrellas. Cafes offer food and drinks, but you can also ask them to cook fish caught with their own hands. A shower, a toilet, a place for changing clothes – all this is in the shacks and is accessible to all visitors to the beach.

There are a lot of different levels of housing on the beach. From luxury hotels to tiny cheap cabins. There are enough rental offers, but most of the rented premises are not empty. At the same time, there are never many people on the beach, since Arossim is very large.

When is it better to go

The best time to spend holidays on the beaches of India – is from November to March. These months have less rainfall, humidity is 60 - 70%, and the water temperature in the Indian Ocean is +29 degrees. There are many vacationers throughout the year. A massive flow of tourists begins in mid-autumn and lasts until the end of winter
