Sinquerim beach
Sinquerim is a beach on the north coast of Goa, 47 km from Dabolim Airport. This is not the most popular beach of the coast, so you can count on a calm and relaxing holiday. An exception is the national religious holidays dedicated to the numerous Hindu gods, when crowds of local residents gather on the shore.

Beach description
On a narrow sandy coastline with a length of about 1.5 km, placers and piles of stones are found. The entrance to the sea is gentle, but a few meters from the coast is quite deep. The bottom is sandy and stony. It is advisable to enter the water in special shoes. The water is clean and clear. The bottom and small fish swimming along the shore are visible through the water column. At sea, the waves are low.
You can go snorkelling, diving and windsurfing at Sinquerim Beach. On the beach there are several eateries, rental boats and jet skis, rental sunbeds and umbrellas. Several luxury hotels are located nearby.
Near Sinquerim is Aguada Fort – a powerful defensive structure erected by the Portuguese in the XVII century. On the territory of the fort there is an elite hotel, a lighthouse and numerous buildings that performed various functions.
When is it better to go
The best time to spend holidays on the beaches of India – is from November to March. These months have less rainfall, humidity is 60 - 70%, and the water temperature in the Indian Ocean is +29 degrees. There are many vacationers throughout the year.
