Mandrem beach
Mandrem Beach is located in the village of the same name on the north coast of Goa. You can get to Mandrem by bus, taxi, rented car or bike from Pernem or Panaji. Hinged bridges lead to the beach through two narrow rivers flowing into the sea. Mandrem is a great place for a relaxing holiday, relaxation, yoga.

Beach description
The coastline with a length of about 2 km is covered with light sand. The descent into the sea is gentle and long, the bottom is sandy. The water is clean. Olive turtles often crawl ashore, white-bellied eagles are found. There are several natural shallow pools on the territory where children are happy to bathe.
The beach has good infrastructure. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, reed awnings, snack bars and small restaurants, boat rental, jet skis and equipment for scuba diving. In the village, divided into upper and lower parts, there are several colorful temples dedicated to Hindu deities. In Lower Manderem, tourism infrastructure is concentrated. There are surfing schools, massage parlors, a yoga center and a bureau where you can book interesting excursions. There is a market and many shops selling inexpensive jewelry, sarees, Indian bedspreads and carved furniture.
When is it better to go
The best time to spend holidays on the beaches of India – is from November to March.
