Super Paradise beach

The beach is covered in golden sand. Its features include smooth descent, soft sea bottom and no winds. Almost no waves too. There is, however, a lot of fish that you can see through the clear water.

Super Paradise is located 7.5 km away from the island's capital. To get here by bus, go to the southern Fabrika bus stop in Mykonos and sit inside the Super Paradise-labeled car. The buses circulate from 11:00 to 22:00 every 30-60 minutes. You can also call a taxi (30 euros), rent a car or walk on foot (which will take 1-1,5 hours).

The beach will be perfect for people with following hobbies:

• dancing to popular modern electronic hits;
• trying out the best Greek cuisine can offer;
• chatting with friends and drinking cocktails or cold beer;
• finding new friends;
• swimming in a crystal clear sea;
• sunbathing.

Super Paradise is extremely popular amongst homosexuals and nudists. If you're not fond of that, just move to the left side of the beach. Where "conservatives" rule. However, all visitors are polite and kind.

Important: if you intend to visit the beach with your children, it's recommended against going in the afternoon or evening, as large crowds and loud music populate it during that time. If you want to relax in the calm atmosphere and admire the views, come at 8 o'clock or even earlier. Party-goers from all over the island come here in the afternoon.

When is the best time to go?

Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season  begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
