China beach
China Beach is a small white sand beach included into Golden Gate State Recreation Area. It is situated in a cozy bay, in the north-west part of San Francisco, between Baker Beach and Lands End park area. The beach has a stunning view of the Golden Gate Bridge. You can get here by taxi or public transport.

But, in distinction from them, it offers calmer conditions for surfing and suits for unexperienced and novice surfers. On the beach territory, there is a parking lot, shower cabins and water closets, but no cafes and stores, so, if you plan to spend the entire day here, bring along food and water. Swimming on China beach is unsafe due to the bsence of beach rescuers. On sunny days, China Beach is suitable for sunbathing. In another time, this beach is selected for hiking, games, and picnics. It is convenient to get from China Beach to the art museum and to the other beaches.
