Nye beach
Located in the Western part of United States in the state of Oregon. Newport is located nearby, it's the largest city on the Pacific coast of the state. The beach is a giant coastline covered with soft golden sand and washed by the powerful waters of Pacific ocean. From the North, Nye Beach rests on a rocky promontory on which two famous local lighthouses are installed. From the South, the beach is bordered with picturesque bay which was formed at the mouth of the Yakina river.

The coasts of the bay are connected by a majestic aqueduct from which opens fantastic views on the rocky coast and small cozy covers formed as a real of many years of destructive work of ocean waves and wind.
The beach is equipped with everything you need, there are toilets, showers, gazebos for having rest and several convenient and free parking. Three are rescue stations that warn of tides, as well as the direction of the wind and current. By the way, during the low time the number of visitors on the beach increase, as the sand remains a lot of crabs, starfish and other marine inhabitants which become easy prey for the tourists.
The temperature of the water is lower here than on the East coast of the country, so the beach attracts mainly surfers, paragliders and aso fans of picnic on the beach and judges of the natural beauty of the wild nature. Along the entire coastline organized a convenient promenade, which is a pleasure to walk, admiring the magnificent views. There are also many shops, bars and restaurants, as well as antique shops and art galleries.
When is the best time to go?
To lay off on the beaches of the mainland, it is best to come in the summer, when a sufficiently warm temperature is settled for swimming. Places like Florida or the Hawaiian Islands are comfortable all year round.
