Ammoudaraki beach
Ammoudaraki is a quiet beach offering a relaxing holiday on the Aegean coast in the western part of the island of Milos. It is located not far from Triades Beach, so you can get to it from Agia Marina, driving a car or ATV, as well as by boat to the sea. Due to its remote location, the beach is not visited by tourists, which will appeal to those who seek solitude surrounded by unspoilt nature and do not pursue comfort.

The Ammudaraki Beach is shallow, with crystal clear water, sand bottom, and mild tide. The beach is vast, covered with golden sand, and is surrounded from three sides with small rocks and hills covered with underwood.
The territory of Ammudaraki, like other natural beaches, is not equipped. The closest hotel is a 40-minute drive from the capital of the island. Due to this, if you plan to spend a few hours there, take your own food, water, and beach umbrellas. During their rest o the beach, visitors can swim, take sun baths, walk, play games, and hold picnics.
When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
