Juan Dolio beach
Juan Dolio is one of the most picturesque beaches in the south of the Dominican Republic. It is located near the noisy resort town of the same name with numerous hotels on the beach. This coast is famous for its fiery beach parties and is especially popular among young people. The proximity to the capital and excellent transport links with other cities have also given this beach the glory of one of the most visited, and on weekends it is especially crowded.

Beach description
A wide coast surrounded by coconut palms with light gray sand a winding line stretched for several kilometers. Especially popular is its central part, which is controlled by lifeguards all year round and is suitable for families. This area is surrounded by a coral reef, which is why the waves here near the shore are less high and powerful, and swimming (including snorkeling) may be the safest.
Clear calm waters of turquoise-emerald shades are also suitable for families with children. Numerous restaurants and bars on the beach and around the beach allow you to find shelter in the sultry heat and enjoy refreshing drinks and fiery rhythms of bachata. All this makes a vacation on the Juan Dolio coast the most attractive for tourists.
When is it better to go?
In summer, tropical rains and typhoons – are frequent guests in the Dominican Republic. Therefore, it is better to go there in winter, from November to March, when the air warms up to a comfortable 24-30 degrees, and the weather is dried up.
