Koroni beach
Similar to the serene Kato Lagadi, Koroni Beach offers an idyllic retreat for a tranquil and secluded vacation. Access to this hidden gem is via a bumpy and winding dirt road, making it a challenge for vehicles with low suspension. It is advisable for tourists to park their cars along the highway and embark on a scenic walk down to the crystalline sea.

On your way there, you can rest at the Sesto Wine Bar, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the shoreline. Nearby, Melissani Winery, one of the island's finest, welcomes all who wish to sample their exquisite offerings.
Although Koroni Beach is quite remote, it is well-equipped. At the beach's end, a creek supplies water for the showers. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent at a reasonable price.
Visitors are prohibited from starting campfires, being loud, and building sandcastles, as the endangered Caretta-caretta turtles nest here. However, they can indulge in the healing clay found in abundance at the beach's end, near the creek.
The beach itself boasts sandy shores, interspersed with occasional pebble patches near the water's edge.
Middle-aged and elderly tourists are the most frequent visitors, with younger guests being a rarer sight. It is important to note that entering the beach in a state of full nudity is strictly prohibited.
