Aspri Ammos beach
Leaving Kavala, you have to drive about 3 kilometers to get to Aspri Ammos Beach. It is located in a small bay, surrounded by green hills on two sides . This place does not have an excellently developed infrastructure, however, it is always quiet and calm here: Aspri Ammos can be a great alternative to the bustling beaches of Kavala.

Aspri Ammos beach is predominantly covered with fine light sand. The water is clean and transparent. The beach is protected from winds by two hills, so strong waves are rare here. Gentle water release, convenient for young children and beginner swimmers. It's easy to get to the beach – you can stop the car by the sand.
As we have already noted, infrastructure is not what Aspri Ammos can say: shadow, food, drinks, what you can settle on – all this will have to be organized independently. But all shortcomings balance silence and inhumanity. If you like a privacy setting, a relaxing stay at Aspri Ammos is the perfect place to stay.
When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
