Mesi beach

Mesi is a large beach, with very light sand and smooth water entering. It has become a favorite holiday destination for many local residents and tourists. On a wide zone, from and to covered with sand, there are several rows of umbrellas and chaise longs. Sometimes you can see pebbles on the beach, but it's a still rare.
Infrastructure is well-developed here: there are both necessary chaise lounges with umbrellas, and everything else- cabins, urns and showers. On the western outskirts of Mesi you can find a beach bar, near which young people gather in the high season. The beach closely adjoins the same-named settlement and road, so the way to the benefits of civilization is quite easy. If you are an amateur of peace and quiet, you can walk to unequipped beach areas, spread a towel and enjoy a privacy atmosphere.
When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
