Homestead Bayfront Park beach
Homestead Bayfront Park and Marina is a picturesque beach with a yacht stade situated in the southern part of Biscayne Bay, close to Homestead town and approximately 56 km to the south from Miami. With its favorable location (between two area conservations, Biscaine Park and Florida keys Park) and colorful tropical landscapes in combination with mangroves, this beach is well-known as one of the best places in the region for beach recreaion with active pastime and eco-tourism.

Surrounded with shades of palm trees, this long sandy coast is, actually, of artificial, not natural origin. And the beach on the territory of Bayfront Park was created in the atoll flooding dock. But this fact in no way diminishes its beauty and attractiveness for recreation, although it is the less crowded compared to the other beaches near Miami. The most part of guests visit this place on weekends when this coast turns into the most popular place for family recreation and picnics.
The main features of Bayfront Park that are so attractive for guests are:

- beautiful coral reefs of Biscaine Park situated in close proximity to them;

When is the best time to go?
To lay off on the beaches of the mainland, it is best to come in the summer, when a sufficiently warm temperature is settled for swimming. Places like Florida or the Hawaiian Islands are comfortable all year round.

- Kayak tours are the best recreation option on Bayfront Park Beach, and a wonderful chance to enjoy the views of the sea reservation area of Biscaine. Kayak tours down the bay are arranged for real romantics from time to time, during which you can feast eyes upon the Moon reflection in sea waters. The most important thing is to bring along the repellent spray.
- From late November to middle April, you can sign up for tours down Homestead National Park that are carried out every weekend. In the town of Homestead, you can feast eyes upon the numerous historical buildings and visit the local cafes serving Mexican dishes. Various interesting events and concerts are held in Bayfront Park during the year.
- It should be remembered that the beach entry is paid, as a parking lot (as a rule, prices on weekends are higher than on working days). On the park territory, there is a free family center with free rent of everything you need for active leisure (cricket, volleyball), including kites.
