Beach description
The sand is clean and without any 'surprises', so you can move around the beach without slippers The area of the beach is spacious and not crowded with people - everyone can find a corner of peace and quiet. The entrance to the water is smooth and gradual , there are no abrupt breaks( at least on the public areas on the beach). Kiawah Island is a well-ventilated area in the Atlantic, so be ready to fight the waxes while swimming and possibly the headwind.
Along the beach walking and cycling paths lay on. Around it there are a lot of points of renting a bike. The resort also offers entertainments of a game of tennis, golf, attending to numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs. But, of course, the main feature is virgin nature of the island. You will have a chance to contemplate deers and turtles in close vicinity, and also wild horses, deers, exotic birds and even alligators that live on the loose!
When is the best time to go?
To lay off on the beaches of the mainland, it is best to come in the summer, when a sufficiently warm temperature is settled for swimming. Places like Florida or the Hawaiian Islands are comfortable all year round.
