Nantucket Island beach
The small island Nantucket, washed by the waters of the Atlantic and belonging to the state of Massachusetts, is quite a popular place for holiday during the summer season not only among Americans, but also among tourists from around the world. You can get to this place by plane (airport of Nantucket) or ferry their Hyannis (Cape-Cod).

Beach description
The island offers the tourists white sandy beaches for every taste. Popular Jettisoned is located North of Nantucket Town from which the beach can be reached in a few minutes by bike or shuttle. Here you can rent equipment and ammunition for windsurfing and sailing. Not far from it, in the harbor which is protected from the wind by a long cape, there is a beach for children, only by the name of which you can guess who makes up a certain percentage of tourists.
For those who like wild nature and windsurfing it's better to choose a beach in the South for a beach holiday. Here are concentrated spacious and not crowded beaches Surfside, Miacoment, Cisco. On the last of them is a surf school. The beaches on the East also have strong waves, but after storms they are dotted with algas which gives a certain discomfort during the holiday. Madame Beach, located on the far West. is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Especially spectacular views open during sunset, and even the locals come to look at it.
When is the best time to go?
To lay off on the beaches of the mainland, it is best to come in the summer, when a sufficiently warm temperature is settled for swimming. Places like Florida or the Hawaiian Islands are comfortable all year round.
