Ko Olina beach
The beach is located in the west of the Oahu Island within the Olina resort territory. It consists of four comfortable sandy lagoons protected from the strong winds and waves by the giant coral reef. The beach is surrounded by green grassy lawn and tall palm trees that create comfortable shadows. It's a perfect place for family vacations with young children. Beach description
The beach borders the Ko Olina Beach Park, the coast of which is wild and stony, covered in large boulders and washed by strong ocean tide, in the south. This part of the coast contrasts the comfortable lagoons that look like they belong on an ad booklet, but it's a great place for picnics and romantic dates under the sun.
The beach is equipped with everything necessary, such as sunbeds, canopies, showers and toilets. You can have a snack and relax in the coastal cafes located under the palm trees, children and sports playgrounds as well as a golf course and rental stores are also situated here.
A picturesque bay, where one can rent a yacht or a boat and take an exciting tour along the coastline, is located near the beach.
When is the best time to go?
To lay off on the beaches of the mainland, it is best to come in the summer, when a sufficiently warm temperature is settled for swimming. Places like Florida or the Hawaiian Islands are comfortable all year round.
