Cumbuco beach
Cumbuco beach is a heavenly place surrounded by countless natural beauties. The coast is located 30 km east of Fortaleza in a picturesque fishing village, the beach of the same name. Despite the fact that Cumbuco is located outside the city, the infrastructure of this place includes hotels, bars, restaurants and entertainment centers. There is also a regular shuttle service to the beach along the Fortaleza-Cumbuco route. Due to its proximity to the city, this coast is popular with foreign tourists. The beach is not crowded due to the spacious and wide shore, a length of several kilometers.

Endless turquoise and crystal clear water of the Atlantic, the striking landscape of hilly white and sand dunes and the refreshing green coconut palms among the shining oases create the splendid view of Cumbuco Beach, enchanting from the very first moments, the shallow nature and the absence of waves allow safe swimming and playing in water. Weather in this part of Brazil is wonderful all year long, and average yearly temperature is 28 °С.
Beside comfortable beach recreation, Kumbuko offers water sports, and you can engage in kayaking, kitesurfing, ride a motor boat, a hydrocycle, or a banana boat. In order to make beach recreation more versatile, extreme buggy tours over sand dunes surrounding the beach are carried out.
When is the best time to go?
The best time to visit Brazil – is in spring and autumn. During this period, mild and dry weather reigns here. In winter, there is heat and heavy rains. And in the summer (from June to August) the lowest temperatures are recorded in the country.
