Children's Beach of Alupka
Children's beach is located in the city of Alupka in the southern part of the peninsula on the Black Sea. The path to this place lies through one of the main and most beautiful sights of the Crimea, particularly Vorontsov Park. In addition, this beach is known for the fact that Aivazovsky wrote his first masterpieces in this part of Alupka, as evidenced by a memorial tablet mounted on a rock.

Beach description
Children's beach is covered with a mixture of small and large pebbles of white shades. The coast itself is not very big, but quiet and calm. Attracts this place with a shallow entry into the water. Also in this part of the Black Sea beach there is a higher sea temperature, what is very pleasing to children. Due to the fact that the Children's Beach is located in a small natural lagoon, there are practically no waves and strong winds in this part of the coast. From mid-May to September, the coast is very popular among both tourists and locals.
It is important to note that the infrastructure of Children's Beach is very developed: there are changing cabins, showers, toilets, rental points of equipment for water entertainment, sun loungers and parasols, cafes, beach bars. In addition, in summer, a medical center and a rescue tower operate on the beach.
When is the best time to go?
Weather conditions in Crimea depend on the place where you will rest: while on the south coast it is relatively warm and humid, then in other places it can be cooler and drier. The period between late May and the first half of July inclusive is considered the ideal time for a trip when the air and sea have already warmed up (23-25 degrees), but the real heat has not yet come. If you prefer warmer weather, pick out the second half of July or early August.
