Novofedorovka Beach
Until the early 2000s, Novofedorovka was a closed village which served a military airfield, and now it is a rapidly developing resort in the eastern part of Crimea with a two-kilometer pebbly and sandy beach and azure clear sea.

Beach description
Visually, the beach is divided into two parts by concrete pier and is equipped with sun loungers, canopies, changing rooms, toilets and showers. In the central part (Deck) you can rent an arbor for superior comfort and have a good time in the cafe of the same name. On the beach lifeguards watching vacationers, there is first-aid post, boat station and rental of sport equipment. Children are provided with inflatable slides and trampolines, adults can play volleyball, enjoy water rides, go windsurfing, kiting or sapboarding.
The sea in the Kalamitsky Bay is relatively shallow and calm, the water warms up to a convenient 24 degrees by June and cools by the middle of October, unlike the Southern Coast of Crimea, which is subject to frequent “lower levels.”
Along the shore there are modern pensions and private cottages, you can rent more budget housing from local residents. There is all necessary infrastructure in the village, markets, supermarkets and entertainment facilities. Saki and Yevpatoriya are the closest to Novofedorovka - buses and mini-buses regularly run from these cities. Direct bus routes from Simferopol and Sevastopol to the village are also organized, you can get there by personal transport - a convenient road leads to the coast.
When is the best time to go?
Weather conditions in Crimea depend on the place where you will rest: while on the south coast it is relatively warm and humid, then in other places it can be cooler and drier. The period between late May and the first half of July inclusive is considered the ideal time for a trip when the air and sea have already warmed up (23-25 degrees), but the real heat has not yet come. If you prefer warmer weather, pick out the second half of July or early August.
