Beach description
The beach is located on the west coast of Sevastopol in the area of a large shallow beach part. Located in Gagarinsky area, it is distinguished by advantageous location, as it is convenient to get here from anywhere in the city.
This beach has natural origin – people just built and developed infrastructure. The beach itself and the bottom are sandy, therefore Omega is a perfect place with attractions for those with little children. The depth is gradually growing – the is extensive "paddling pool", where even tiny little babies can splash around without risk. Respectively, the sea in this area is always calm – without waves and currents.
Feature of Kruglaya bay is that the water warms up faster than in other places. Therefore, Omega beach is one of the first in Sevastopol which meets bathers, reviews confirm that it is impossible to freeze here. But there is also one disadvantage – the bottom the bottom is densely covered with seaweed and sea grass. All this often bobs up and is washed ashore. Therefore, the water on the Omega beach sometimes is muddy, especially in the afternoon.
When is the best time to go?
Weather conditions in Crimea depend on the place where you will rest: while on the south coast it is relatively warm and humid, then in other places it can be cooler and drier. The period between late May and the first half of July inclusive is considered the ideal time for a trip when the air and sea have already warmed up (23-25 degrees), but the real heat has not yet come. If you prefer warmer weather, pick out the second half of July or early August.

Level of infrastructure development is high: there are canopies, and piers as well. Vacationers can rent any beach equipment, on its territory toilets, showers and changing rooms work.

- You can get to the beach by public transport from the bus station on mini-bus No. 107,109,110, 112. Bus No. 4, 10, 10B, 14, 34A, 76 runs. You need to get off at the Omega stop.
- Near the beach there is the "Zurbagan" water park and Victory Park, so if you stay on the beach, you can change the type of activity to more active, conquering several water slides or walking in the shade park alleys.
