When is the best time to go?
Maldives – is an equatorial country with a tropical climate, where the weather is always warm at + 27-30ºС. But the islands have some seasonal features. From mid-April to the end of October it often rains here. The dry season lasts from November till April. At this time, the initially clear sea becomes completely transparent, and the sun illuminates in the sky 12 hours a day.
Important: A large amount of plankton is collected in October and November off the coast, which is why the ocean takes on a slightly unclear hue. On the other side – plankton illuminates the sea at night, creating an indescribable picture. At this time, coastal waters are filled with stingrays – fabulously fascinating creatures that are in no way inferior to the dolphins.

Hotel Huvafen Fushi was opened in the year 2004. This private island has 44 separate holiday bungalows. 26 of them are under water and 18 are located on land, on the beach. Each bungalow of the island is unique in its own way, but all of them represent spacious rooms, the interiors of which combine innovative technologies and elements of the Maldivian decor with the trends of modern minimalism.
- Beach bungalows have a significant sandy strip suitable for walking. Sea bungalows are more relevant for snorkelling enthusiasts. Each of them has its own mini-pool.
- Several bungalows are located right next to the luxurious spa that the island is famous for. It is made in a marine style and has six ground and two underwater treatment rooms.
- There is also a glass-bottom bungalow where you can constantly admire the scenery of the reefs.
There is a restaurant at the SPA center and in a secluded corner of the lagoon, and there is also a unique underwater restaurant where you can watch swimming dolphins and stingrays. The local bar has an excellent collection of wines, which is stored in the bar cellar.

- Huvafen Fushi has the closest location to Male airport, from there it is only half an hour by motor boat to the island. Vacationers are provided with a shuttle.
- The resort offers a wide range of services and entertainment. There is a big seawater pool, sauna, gym. There is a water leisure center (for lovers of snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing), where you can rent all the necessary equipment, and there is also a separate dive center. The hotel has its own yacht, which can be rented for both walking and fishing. It is also possible to rent for fishing dhoni (boat of Maldivian fishermen).
- Please note that this resort does not provide accommodation with children. Only adult vacationers over 21 years old are allowed here.
