Bataria Kassiopi beach
This is a small cozy beach near Kassiopi. You can get here by car, which you can leave in a free parking lot in the first half of the day. After 12:00 it will be difficult to park, as well as to find a free place on the beach. It is quite crowded because it is the cleanest pebble beach in the area.

The descent isn't comfortable because of the pebbles, so it's advised to wear slippers. You can rent them on the beach. Bataria Kassiopi has a well-developed infrastructure - everything you need for a good vacation is available here: sunbeds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers and toilets. You can eat at the local taverns that are very client-oriented. Russians are especially welcome here for some reason, so you can proudly show your nationality.
The nature here is truly gorgeous. Azure waters, white stones, green cliffs and olive groves - a classic Greek landscape which you can fully enjoy here.
When is the best time to go?
Greece - a country with a long length from north to south, so the recommendations will vary depending on the place where you are going. The holiday season begins in May and reaches a peak in July-August: there are too many tourists, and the temperature on the southern islands reaches 40 degrees, which may still not play a role on the beach, but certainly not suitable for sightseeing. So the best time to relax in Greece is the end of spring-beginning of summer or September-October.
