The city Inatel beach is located on the east side of Albufeira city. Its length, which is 800 m, impresses travelers who love sunbathing freely. The sandy strip width is big enough so during the tides waves do not press vacationers.

The sand on Inatel is soft and golden, and the beach is perfectly clean, it is under the watchful supervision of rescuers. The waters here are great for swimming. But vacationers with children should be careful: strong courses can conceal hidden dangers. The busiest part of Inatel beach is located near the hotel with the same name, which is almost close to the coastal edge.
This area is particularly popular among Portuguese families with children. There are a lot of shells on the beach, so is better not to walk barefoot. Near the beach you can find several cozy restaurants, bars and pubs. Boat tours allow exploring the coastline sights.
It is better to explore the beach area with the help of hiking. The optimal time for this it is 4-5 o'clock in the evening, when the sun becomes less active. If you go east and climb the stairs, you will have a wonderful view of the beach from the cliffs.

The beach season in Portugal lasts from the beginning of June until September, when the air temperature reaches +30°C and the water temperature - +19°C. It should be remembered that the Atlantic Ocean does not warm up well and cools quickly, lovers of a more comfortable temperature can swim in natural stone pools, which are quite numerous on the coast.
