Brioni beach
The name Brioni Beach is due to the hotel of the same name, next to which it is located. The purity and excellent quality of the water allowed him to get the highest international mark - “Blue Flag”. Even in the low season, there are always a lot of visitors involved in water sports or just relaxing. The presence of developed tourist infrastructure provides guests with a comfortable stay and the opportunity to have a good time enjoying a beach holiday.

Beach description
The Brioni Beach beach area is a separate beach from the hotel complex, which is often chosen by guests of Punta Verudela, or rather the hotel Brioni. This beach is a flat platform with a length of about 300 m, consisting of concrete slabs, rocky sections of white pebbles and boulders, surrounded by thickets of trees. A small bay with clear transparent water, a pebble bottom and a gentle entrance to the sea makes it very convenient for swimming and activities:
- diving;
- snorkeling;
- parasailing;
- sailing;
- beach volleyball;
Diving enthusiasts will be able to appreciate the richness of the underwater world in the coastal zone. Due to the presence of sharp stones and sea urchins in the water, which can injure their feet, it is better to go into the water when wearing beach shoes. That is why Brioni Beach is often chosen for an active beach holiday with a family and organizing romantic dates.
Since Brioni Beach is only 4 km from Pula, it will not be difficult to get to it. It is located at the foot of the hotel Brioni, just go down the stairs. You can stay at the same hotel overnight to spend several days on the beaches of Pula.
When is the best time to go?
Although the summer in Croatia is hot (the temperature can rise up to 30 degrees), but thanks to the sea breezes it is very pleasant - the best time for a beach holiday. If you want to see the sights of this country rich in historical events, it is better to choose tours in spring or autumn: firstly, the weather is comfortable, and secondly, there are not so many tourists in these times of the year, which positively affects prices.
